Create a System Repair Disc
Windows 7 offers an easy way to create a System Repair Disc— without even using an installation disc.
Click the Start button and then in the “Search programs and files” box, type system repair disc and press enter. This launches a simple tool that will create a bookable recovery disc. Note that if all the necessary files are not available on your system, the tool may ask for a Windows 7 installation disc. But in many scenarios, this will not be required.
The resultant disc can be used to boot your system and access various system recovery options.
